The Boot Life provides free ground shipping every day on all U.S. domestic* orders.  We really do appreciate your business and not just when you spend $100.00 or more, so what better way to show you than free shipping?

We may use USPS, FedEx, or UPS to ship orders.  Most in stock orders ship within two business days of the order being placed online.  Ground shipping typically means there will be a delivery time frame of 5-10 business days.  We will provide you with a tracking number within 24 hours of shipment.

 *The Boot Life does not sell internationally at this time.

Return/Exchange Policy

We'll be reasonable and ask that you are too.  

1. If nothing's wrong and it just needs returned or exchanged:

If you order something from us and are not satisfied, rest assured it can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.  The item(s) must be unworn, unused, and in new condition with the tags and original packaging.  Exchanges cannot be completed online at this time;  item(s) must be returned and a new order placed.

2.    If it's defective, damaged, or the wrong item:

If we made a mistake, we'll make it right.  If you receive product that is defective, damaged, or wrong, please let us know immediately so we can take care of it.  All quality issues need to be handled within 30 days of shipment.

Return Options:

1. Return the item(s) along with the packing slip, reason for return, tags, and original packaging in person to our retail location at 36 W 4th St Mansfield OH 44902.

OR

2.  Ship your return to The Boot Life, Attn: Website Sales, 36 W 4th St, Mansfield OH 44902 along with the packing slip, reason for the return, tags, and original packaging.
