Sales Associate Position Summary:
The Boot Life, LLC is seeking a Sales Associate that sells by prioritizing their customers’ needs and actively anticipates better ways to serve them. The Sales Associate is a committed expert, training daily to be the person their customers depend on. Additionally, the Sales Associate assists in marketing efforts, shipment processing, and store cleanliness and organization. 

Objectives:

• Sell products through expert knowledge and understanding of the customer’s needs
• Supports off-site work boot events through inventory preparation, selling, and setup/tear down
• Serve customers with great attention to detail and follow through
• Honor those that live The Boot Life® by building relationships 
• Process sales transactions discreetly and accurately
• Follow special orders through to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded
• Maintain inventory integrity by processing shipments consistently & store merchandising
• Maintains the cleanliness and order of the store
• Provides marketing content through video and photos
• Execute events in a manner that is a memorable and seamless experience for those attending
• Ensures displays are updated

Education & Experience:
• US work authorization
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 2 years of Customer Service required

Physical Requirements:

• 94% of workday standing
• Travel to off-site events as required

Work Boot Truck Trainee Summary:

The Boot Life, LLC is seeking a Work Boot Truck Trainee that sells by prioritizing their customers’ needs and actively anticipates better ways to serve them as a shoemobile safety footwear provider.   The Work Boot Truck Trainee is committed to becoming the boot expert for their customers by training daily and actively working offsite work boot events. Additionally, the Work Boot Truck Trainee will work at the store and warehouse location, have a general knowledge of all product and systems, assist in marketing efforts, shipment processing, inventory management, and organization.

  Objectives:

  • Supports off-site work boot events through inventory preparation, selling, and setup/tear down
  • Serve customers with great attention to detail and follow through

  • Maintain inventory integrity by processing shipments consistently & merchandising
  • Maintain the organization of inventory

  • Execute events in a professional manner that is a memorable and seamless experience
