Store Assistant Manager

ROLE:

It is the role of the Assistant Manager to make lives better, exemplifying our core values, while assisting the Site Manager in executing the Vision at a store level and empowering team members on their developmental plan.

POSITION SUMMARY:

An Assistant Manager leads in sales, the daily operations of store, ensuring KPIs are being attained, and team development.

OBJECTIVES:

Lead in Sales & Customer Service

  • Excellent conversion in sales
  • Prospect for future B2B business
  • Returns/Exchanges
  • Ensure website orders processed promptly

 Management of Store Site and Staff

  • Open & close store on scheduled shifts
  • Cleanliness & organization of store
  • General merchandising
  • Ensuring VCEP integrity
  • Oversight of cash handling
  • Staff assignments for the shift
  • Assist in reporting
  • Responsible to ensure all Promotions/Marketing/Special Events are fully executed
  • Price changes
  • Inventory control through VCEP compliance

 Lead in Store Staff Training

  •  Train new hires according to VCEPs, general practices, & product
  • Ongoing role play

• US work authorization
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of leadership position with 2 or more direct reports required
• 1 year of sales required

Senior Sales Associate

ROLE:

It is the role of the Senior Associate to make lives better, exemplifying our core values, while leading in sales & customer service, ensuring operational effectiveness of sales floor operations, and supporting the functions necessary to operate.

POSITION SUMMARY:

A Senior Sales Associate sells by prioritizing their customers’ needs and actively anticipates better ways to serve them.   The Senior Sales Associate is committed to ensuring daily store functions are completed with a high level of operational effectiveness and assists in store cleanliness and organization.

MAIN OBJECTIVES:

Lead on Sales & Customer Service

  • First line on sales & customer service
  • Take B2C voucher sales by phone
  • Oversight & maintaining special orders in such a way that customer expectations are exceeded

Ensure Sales Floor Operational Effectiveness

  • Commands the shift and runs the store in the absence of a store manager, ensuring all VCEPs are practiced
  • Oversees Daily/Weekly/Monthly checklist for store cleanliness
  • Assist in display updates
  • Leads in cleanliness & organization of store
  • Lead in product photography
  • Assist in change orders while on shift
  • Be knowledgeable in product lines
  • Be current on style trends, our customers need you to be the expert
  • Assist the team in promotion ideas and implementation
  • Supply order

Process Inbound Shipments

  • Ensures VCEP is followed by all team members
  • Enter inventory into system

A Sales Associate sells by prioritizing their customers’ needs and actively anticipates better ways to serve them.   The Sales Associate is committed to accuracy as a cashier and assists in marketing efforts, shipment processing, and store cleanliness and organization.

Objectives:

Sells to Make Lives Better

  • Sell products through expert knowledge and understanding of the customer’s needs
  • Serve customers with great attention to detail and follow through

Cashier

  • Process sales transactions discreetly and accurately
  • Follow special orders through to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded

Support

  • Maintain inventory integrity by processing shipments consistently & store merchandising
  • Maintains the cleanliness & organization of store
  • Provides marketing content through video and photos
  • Execute events in a manner that is a memorable and seamless experience for those attending
  • Ensures displays are updated
